Learn how MedLock collects, uses, and protects information and how to manage analytics cookies.

What type of information do you collect?
What type of information do you collect?
What information do you collect?
We collect information you provide when you contact us or submit a request, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, position, product selections, and message. We may also receive technical information needed to operate and protect the website, such as IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, timestamps, referrer, and diagnostic information.
How do you collect and use information?
We collect information directly from forms and communications you choose to send. We use it to respond to requests, provide customer support, operate and secure the website, improve our services, create aggregate statistics, and comply with applicable requirements.
How do you store, use, share, and disclose information?
The website is hosted on Vercel and uses Sanity to manage website content. Form submissions may be processed through Resend for email delivery and Cloudflare Turnstile for abuse prevention. These providers process information on our behalf to provide their respective services. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, basket notes, or other free-form form content to Google Analytics.
How do you communicate with site visitors?
We may contact you to respond to a request, provide customer support, resolve an issue, send service-related information, or communicate as otherwise permitted by applicable requirements. Depending on the information you provide, we may communicate by email, telephone, text message, or postal mail.
How do you use cookies and analytics?
We use Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and improve the website. Analytics storage, Google advertising storage, advertising user data, and advertising personalization are enabled by default. Google cookies may be created when you first visit. These settings support normal visitor, session, event, source, medium, advertising measurement, and personalization features when those Google services are configured. Enabling these settings does not itself start a paid advertising campaign.
The website does not provide a public cookie-preference control. We do not send names, email addresses, phone numbers, company names, messages, basket notes, or other free-form form content to Google Analytics.
How do you withdraw your choice?
To withdraw from Google Analytics and Google advertising measurement on a browser or device, email contact@med-lock.com. We will provide a direct withdrawal link that stops the Google tag from loading on that browser or device and removes accessible first-party Google Analytics and advertising cookies. You must use the link separately on each browser or device. The withdrawal does not retroactively delete aggregate reporting or prevent operational and security logs that are necessary to run and protect the website. Clearing browser storage removes the withdrawal marker, in which case you must contact us again to renew the withdrawal. If you do not want us to process personal information you submitted directly, contact us at the same address.
Privacy policy updates
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on the website. Material changes will be identified so you can understand what information we collect, how we use it, and when it may be disclosed.
